Experience
I have been teaching individuals and classes for 10 years and am passionate about helping people and making a difference in their wellbeing for the better.
Clinical Interests
My classes are suitable for people of all abilities and are friendly and sociable, regardless of fitness level, gender or age, and will leave you feeling stronger, de-stressed and with a strong sense of wellbeing. My classes are designed to provide you with a choice of exercise variety depending on your individual ability and are never the same each session. I implement the latest knowledge in the industry with an emphasis on movement variables including bounce, sense, expand and hydrate. I enjoy Pilates as it's a complete body workout with huge benefits that assist people immensely in today's office based and home-based work culture and results are quickly visible after a short number of sessions, proving it really does work!
Sporting Interests
Health and fitness have always been my passion and my background is in personal training. In my spare time, I regularly undertake fitness challenges, particularly long-distance endurance cycles.
