Jamie grew up playing rugby and was involved with Merthyr RFC. He was introduced to Chiropractic care following an injury at 15, and since then embarked on his own journey to join the profession to help others. He strives to help people better understand their pain and has developed a passion to guide individuals in pain back to doing what they love, as was once done for him before. His goal is to make individuals feel more in control of their lives again and loves the motto, "movement is medicine".
