Qualifications
Master of Physiotherapy (MSc), Bachelor of Science (Hons) - Sports Conditioning, AACP - accredited Acupuncture Practitioner, Injection Therapist
Experience
With over 20 years of experience in the industry, I have a strong background in strength and conditioning and physiotherapy. My experience includes working within the NHS, leading private clinics in both the UK and Australia, and working in sport, including rugby, football and tennis.
Clinical Interests
I have developed a special interest in the diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of hip, groin, knee, foot and ankle conditions. I also have a particular interest in running and walking-related injuries and custom-built orthotics
Specialist Interests
I have extensive experience in treating musculoskeletal aches and pains, providing personalised coaching, managing sports and general injuries, and delivering post-operative rehabilitation following upper-limb, lower-limb and spinal surgery. I enjoy helping people stay fit for life, maintain their ability to participate in the hobbies they love, and build strength and resilience for the decades ahead.
Sporting Interests
My sporting background includes playing rugby and participating in tennis and padel. I also enjoy coaching youth sports teams.
