Become stronger and more flexible
Pilates can help improve the strength, flexibility and balance of our bodies. Whether you are a seasoned practitioner or complete novice, we have classes that cater for you. We have worked with athletes, actors, dancers, teachers and everyone else in-between. We believe a regular practice will help you look better, feel better and put the spring back in your step.
It is beneficial for anyone who wishes to improve core strength & stability, prevent injury, relieve stress & back pain, improve posture, balance & coordination, enhance athletic performance, increase body awareness & rehab from an injury. The classes will be suitable for all levels of ability and experience.
Smaller classes for increased instructor focus
We teach Pilates classes from our fully equipped studios across our network of healthcare centres. Classes are limited to a small number of people to ensure that everyone receives an abundance of focus from the instructor. This improves the quality of instruction and accelerates our clients’ progression.
One-to-one Pilates
As well as our group Pilates classes, we offer one-to-one Pilates classes that are tailored to your individual needs.
How it works
Step-by-step
Induction
Before joining a class, it is essential to complete a one-on-one session so that our instructors can evaluate your physical capabilities and teach you how to use the equipment.
Classes
Our Pilates classes are instructor-led with no more than 9 people per class.
They last for an hour, including time at the beginning and the end for transition between classes.
Our Facilities

Qualified Stott Pilates
